Guidelines for a harmonious community living experience
At WeStay, we believe in creating a respectful, comfortable, and friendly environment for all our residents. Our house rules are designed to ensure everyone enjoys their stay while respecting the community space and fellow residents.
These guidelines help maintain our properties and ensure a positive experience for everyone. Thank you for your cooperation in following these rules.
Community Living
-
Noise Control
Observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Keep noise at a reasonable level at all times, respecting that others may be working or resting.
-
Guests Policy
Visitors are welcome between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM. Overnight guests must be registered with management in advance and are limited to 3 nights per month. You are responsible for your guests' behavior.
-
Respectful Communication
Be courteous and respectful in all interactions with fellow residents, staff, and neighbors. Address conflicts calmly and constructively.
-
Privacy
Respect the privacy and personal space of other residents. Do not enter another resident's room without explicit permission.
Property Care
-
Cleanliness
Keep your room and shared spaces clean and tidy. Clean up after yourself in all common areas, especially the kitchen and bathrooms.
-
Waste Disposal
Properly segregate waste according to building guidelines. Dispose of trash regularly in designated areas and not in sinks or toilets.
-
Room Modifications
No permanent alterations to rooms are permitted without prior approval. Use only removable, non-damaging methods to decorate your space.
-
Damage Reporting
Report any damages or maintenance issues promptly through our resident portal or to the property manager. You may be responsible for damages caused by negligence.
Safety & Security
