Most students are local Chinese-Malaysian, with smaller groups of international students from across Asia. The community is tight, study-focused, and quietly social — it's normal to know your housemates' housemates. Bicycles are real transport, kopitiam aunties remember regulars, and the pace is genuinely slower than KL.
